Bethel Rotary President Richard Tummon recently presented Amy Connell (center) and Jenn Evans of the Mahoosuc Kids Association with a check to support the after-school and summer program at the Crescent Park School. Amy and Jenn then described the program, which offers enrichment activities to 120 kids during the school year and 150 in the summer. This summer, they plan to add specialty camps on sports, arts, wilderness and STEM.

The newest Bethel Rotary club member is Garry Morissette of Bethel, shown here (at right) with president Richard Tummon. Garry and his wife, Sarah, lived in Andover, Mass. before moving to Bethel. He is about to retire from a job working with the national Department of Transportation, and looks forward to the service and fellowship of Rotary.
