When it comes to quintessential summer fun, few activities are as satisfying and nostalgia-inducing as an old-fashioned round of mini golf. Whether you’re playing as a couple, with a posse of friends or with little ones in tow, mini golf is the ticket to a guaranteed good time, regardless of your skill level.

Check out these mini golf courses from Acton to Auburn and beyond. Several of them have ice cream stands, so you can celebrate your victory or cushion your defeat with a treat.

CARDINAL COVE MINI GOLF CENTER

DETAILS: The 41-year-old course is landscaped with edible and medicinal plants. The grounds are a certified wildlife habitat that caters to pollinators and more than  84 species of birds.

DOLPHIN MINI GOLF
