TURNER — A 28-year-old Auburn woman died Tuesday in a crash on Route 4.

Police said Jacqueline Langevin was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck near Scott’s Recreation at 2239 Auburn Road.

Police said it appears Langevin, driving a 2005 Volvo station wagon, crossed the centerline and struck a FedEx delivery truck driven by Cory Parent, 37, of Auburn.

Parent was taken to a Lewiston hospital for evaluation but did not suffer life-threatening injuries, police said.

The crash remains under investigation by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Maine State Police Commercial Enforcement Unit. Turner Fire & Rescue also assisted on scene.

Auburn Road was closed to traffic for approximately 4½ hours while the crash was investigated.
