Malia Luis netted a hat trick for eighth-seeded Telstar in a 5-2 eight-person South girls soccer playoff victory Friday against ninth-seeded Greenville, in Bethel.
Brooklyn Duprey scored twice for Telstar (9-5-1), which next plays No. 1 Bangor Christian.
Greenville ends its season with a 5-8-1 record.
TEMPLE ACADEMY 5, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 1: Sofia Isgro paced the seventh-seeded Bereans (9-5) by scoring a hat trick against the 10th-seeded Falcons (2-10-1) in an eight-person South prelim in Waterville.
Karis Louis added a goal and an assist, and Madelyn Corey also found the back of the net. Eliana Frank stopped three shots in the victory.
Kaylynn Washburn scored for Mountain Valley.
