On Friday, May 15th at 7 p.m., Executive Editor Carolyn Fox and the cast of the Maine Cabin Masters took to the stage of USM Portland’s Hannaford Hall as the cap to our day at the Maine ADU Housing Expo.

Building on our 2026 theme of focusing on Maine storytellers – individuals and groups of people who have defined and shared their own stories about Maine that have found resonance far beyond Maine’s borders – we asked them about what it’s like to run a construction company in Maine (Kennebec Cabin Co.) – thoughts on housing in Maine, and what their national popularity says about our state, its people, and their stewardship of the way life should be.
