Oli Cormier, Mt. Blue junior shortstop: Cormier hit .340 with 13 RBI last season for the Cougars. He will lead Mt. Blue’s infield as the starting shortstop and also handle closer duties. 

Jake Harmon, Monmouth Academy junior center fielder: Harmon batted .333 with a .448 OBP and .907 OPS in the regular season in 2025. The junior’s 16 hits in 16 games and 11 RBI set Monmouth up for success in the postseason on its way to winning the Class C championship. 

Trent Holst, Leavitt junior utility: Holst did just about everything for the Hornets in 2025. He lead the offense with a .322 batting average, .437 OBP, eight RBI, 22 runs and 26 stolen bases. On the mound, Holst was 4-2 with one save and a 2.90 ERA, striking out 52 batters in 41 innings. 

Levi Laverdiere, Monmouth Academy junior pitcher: Laverdiere went 8-0 with an 0.38 ERA in 48 innings pitched. His pitching was key in the Mustangs’ state championship run, and will be again this year, along side senior Kyle LePage. 

Kaiden Longley, Mt. Abram senior utility: Longley batted .321 last season. When he wasn’t playing outfielder, he proved to be a formidable option on the mound, going 4-0 with a 1.65 ERA. 

Alex Mains, Poland senior pitcher/shortstop: Mains was a bright spot in a season that ended with a 6-10 record and quarterfinal-round exit. He pitched 36 1/3 innings, recording a 3-1 record with 36 strikeouts and a 2.12 ERA. Poland will lean on Mains’ arm as well as his bat — he hit .306 with four RBI in 2025.

Josh Pollis, Mountain Valley junior pitcher/infielder: Pollis leads a group of six returning starters from the 2025. Last season, he batted .295 with four doubles, 12 RBI and 13 stolen bases. He also went 2-2 with a 2.35 ERA and 38 strikeouts on the mound. 

Cameron Pulkkinen, Oxford Hills junior pitcher/infielder: Pulkkinen put together an impressive season at the plate in 2025, batting .434 with 23 hits, 11 RBI, 17 runs and one home run. The first-team all-KVAC selection helped the Vikings reach the regional semifinal. 

Ryder Sawyer-Brown, Leavitt junior utility: Sawyer-Brown put together solid performances at the plate and on the mound during the 2025 season. He had eight RBI, 22 runs and stole 17 bases to go along with his .345 average. On the mound, he went 2-3 with a 3.53 ERA, picked up a save and struck out 41 batters in 35 innings.  

Gunner Truman, Oxford Hills junior infielder: Truman joined Pullkinen as one of the Vikings’ key producers at the plate last season. He batted .396 with 21 hits, 10 RBI and 13 runs.
