AUBURN — Just shy of two years after construction began on a tiny plot of land, 18 market-rate apartments along the Androscoggin River are completed and leasing at 186 Main St., now known as Fallview on Main.
Twelve of the apartments front the Androscoggin River, offering an expansive view of the river and Lewiston, and the complex is super convenient to both downtown areas.
There is a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and laundry hookups in each unit. There are also separate laundry areas in the building as well.
The luxury apartments feature high ceilings, adding to the feel of spaciousness, and range from $1,825-$2,525 per month. It is a pet-friendly complex.
The first unit was leased in April and as of today half of the units are leased.
The building has two commercial spaces. One has been leased by real estate title closing firm Treworgy & Baldacci and will serve as the company’s satellite office. It is located on the Main Street entrance.
The second space is on the ground lower level facing the river and is ready to be built out for the right tenant. It’s a big space at 4,900 square feet and has plenty of windows fronting the river, making it an ideal location for a restaurant or pub.

The building was designed and constructed by Great Falls Construction in Gorham. Leasing is through JCS Property Management, which has floor plans available online.
Parking is limited on the riverfront side, but there is also parking on Main Street and tenants have the option of permitted parking in the city’s Mechanic Row parking deck.
