NBA Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg and his family will appear on “Celebrity Family Feud” on Thursday night on ABC.
Flagg, a Newport native, will take part in the popular game show along with his twin brother, Ace, a sophomore on the University of Maine men’s basketball team. His older brother Hunter, mother Kelly and father Ralph are also among the family members playing. The show will air at 8 p.m.
Cooper Flagg averaged 21 points per game, 6.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists for the Dallas Mavericks during the 2025-26 season.
Ace averaged 6.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in his freshman season with the Black Bears.
The Flaggs will take on a team from Barstool Sports, which will be represented by personalities Dave Portnoy, Kirk Minihane, Ryan Whitney, Jerry Thornton and Rico Bosco.
The Flagg family will be playing for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, while Barstool Sports is playing for Lifeline Animal Project, based in Atlanta.
