BETHEL – Kevin Bean has joined the staff at Maine Street Realty as a sales associate. A recent graduate of Central Maine Community College, he’s well-known in the area for his participation in sports, including football, basketball and baseball.

He graduated from Mountain Valley High School in Rumford in 2001.

In his senior year, he received the William Frazier Memorial Award as the outstanding male athlete, as well as a Campbell Conference All-star award for football.

Bean attended classes at the University of Maine.

He then went on to graduate from Central Maine Community College with an associate’s degree in general studies.

An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys camping and fishing with his friends and family.

He is the son of Michael and Heidi Bean of Milton Township.

Hiebert certified as specialist

Bethel – Cindy Kailey Hiebert, a Bethel Realtor, has received the certified residential specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive this designation have completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in residential real estate.

Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

Hiebert is the designated broker-owner of Mahoosuc Realty Inc.

She is on the board of directors for the Maine Association of Realtors and a board director for the Realtor Foundation.

She has also received the accredited buyer representative and new home specialist designations.
