Calla Burrell, 11 months, held by her mother, Jillian, is the younger sister of this year’s Miss Poppy, Lilly Burrell. Another sister, Kimball acted as a junior Miss Poppy, helping Lilly. They were at the Memorial Day Observance at the Veteran’s Memorial Park.
