Megan Spiller and her son Ethan of Auburn hand a tag to Anthony Seddon of Boy Scout Troop 121 on Saturday morning showing she wanted the troop to pick up her Christmas tree for recycling. Each year the Scout troop makes pre-arrangements with any interested area homeowners to have their discarded trees picked up for at least a $5 donation to the troop. Spiller had forgotten to put the tag on her tree when she brought it to the curb.
