Former jail guard charged in deadly Gorham crash seeks to have statements thrown out

Kenneth Morang, who faces manslaughter charges from the 2019 crash, is asking the court to throw out evidence from a Gorham police detective who talked to him after the collision. Morang's family testified Tuesday that the detective promised them there would be no charges.
