Kindergartner requests donations for Greater Androscoggin Humane Society pets in lieu of gifts

Mackenzie Johndro of Poland presented the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society with the donations from her fifth birthday on Aug. 29. Mackenzie, a kindergarten student at Poland Community School, asked for donations for the pets in lieu of birthday gifts. Partygoers donated pet food, treats and cleaning supplies.
