A powerful book about a very special and demanding job – nursing. The book is told through first-person point-of-view vignettes spanning from the author’s childhood through nursing school and her life as a nurse. Emotional and thought-provoking, these stories give the reader a glimpse into the world of nursing. You meet people from all walks of life and injury. A wonderful book for those interested in medicine and for those who aren’t – like me – a great book about life, love and medicine.
