AUBURN — Auburn’s Eggs-traordinary Easter Eggs-travaganza will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at Festival Plaza on Main Street.

All children ages 1 to 11 will participate in an Easter egg hunt, and the eggs will contain numbers that will be turned in for candy treats.

There will also be egg-cellent games for all children, including ring the duck, egg toss, tail the bunny and Easter bean bag toss. Prizes will be awarded to each child for the completion of all games.

“As we did last year, this year’s celebration has been designed to accommodate a large number of participants as we have continued to see our numbers grow, and we also want to challenge the older kids, while making it fun for everyone,” said Laurie Smith, Auburn’s community relations manager.

As in past years, the Easter Bunny will be on hand for the event. In case of inclement weather the rain date will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13. For more information contact Auburn Parks and Recreation at 784-0191.
