WOBURN, Mass. (AP) – A tractor-trailer rolled over Thursday and spilled its entire load of lumber onto the exit ramp from Interstate 93 to Route 128, bringing the afternoon commute to a crawl.

State Police Sgt. David Paine said the truck flipped about 4:15 p.m. in Woburn. Route 128 southbound was temporarily closed, and traffic diverted onto I-93 south, he said.

The load of lumber covered the entire roadway.

The driver, whose name was not immediately available, was taken to Lahey Clinic in Burlington. His injuries were not life-threatening, Paine said.

Paine said no other vehicles were involved in the accident. He said investigators were looking into the cause of the accident and were examining speed as a possible factor.
