LEWISTON – La Tournee du Bonheur, featuring Jean Guy Piche, will return for the 11th annual Festival de Joie set for Aug. 1 through 3 at Railroad Park, Oxford Street.

Prelude 2003 will be held from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. July 30 and 31 on Lisbon Street, featuring sidewalk cafes, entertainment on two stages, street dancing, vendors and crafters.

Opening ceremonies will be held at 6 p.m. July 30 followed by a parade. This year’s parade is expected to be larger then last, featuring floats and marching units. Individuals, groups or companies interested in participating in the prelude or parade are asked to contact the festival office as soon as possible.

The first volunteer meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 21, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 150 East Ave.
