RUMFORD – Rumford Group Homes, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of Heidi Bennett-Provencher as the program director for the Greenleaf House residential group home.

Her responsibilities include providing leadership and support for the residential staff, marketing and networking with referral sources, managing program finances and being a member of the Agency management team.

Bennett-Provencher joined RGH, Inc. in 1993 as a residential youth worker, was promoted to case manager in 1997 and to her new position in July 2002 .

In her spare time, she is an EMT, and is actively involved in the Council on Accreditation process for the Agency. Heidi lives in Rumford with her husband Scott and their four-year old daughter Jillian.
