LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Democratic Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the Multi-Purpose Center on Birch Street.
The special guest will be Gwethalyn Phillips, director of Boards and Commissions for Gov. John Baldacci’s administration.
