JAY – An East Dixfield woman has a July court date in connection with charges of operating a vehicle after suspension and drug possession.

Police officer Fred Lowell charged Deborah Barbioni, 40, with operating after suspension and on a warrant for unpaid fines April 21, Chief Larry White Sr. said.

Subsequent to her arrest, her belongings were searched and she was allegedly found to be in possession of illegal drugs.

Traces of cocaine were found, White said, along with two other unrelated drugs. According to the Franklin County arrest log, Barbioni was charged with three counts of illegal possession of Schedule W drugs.

Barbioni was also summonsed on possession of a usable amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
