STRONG – Elise Plog was named Employee of the Month by the Strong Nursing Home. Plog is a certified nursing assistant and works on the evening shift.

She has worked at the facility for six years on several different shifts. She was recognized for being an excellent resident advocate.

Plog’s peers said she is always watching out for the residents.

She pays attention to the smallest of details and absolutely nothing gets past her. She is one of the first to step forward when there is something in need, to make the residents’ lives better.

Plog lives in Phillips with husband, Raymond, and youngest son, Jordan. She has an adult son who no longer lives at home.

Gardening, making quilts, making homemade jelly and jam and playing baseball with her son are just a few of her hobbies.

Plog says she enjoys working at the Strong Nursing Home because she loves the residents and the people with whom she works.
