Kids were given an autographed card and had their photograph taken with Spider Man.
AUBURN – Spider Man recently came to town and talked to more than 1,500 parents and kids about personal safety on April 12.
Sponsored by Advocates for Children, Spider Man fans had breakfast with the super hero at the Auburn Café and Conference Center on Washington Street.
He later made an appearance at the Auburn Mall, where he shared his message about keeping kids safe.
Kids were given an official Marvel Comics autographed card, signed by the web-slinger himself, and had their photograph taken with Spider Man.
In addition, Patti Gagne Insurance and the Auburn Police Department provided parents with free child safety kits, which included fingerprinting, weighing, measuring and photographing the child.
