Thank you, thank you for the editorial on tort reform (April 30)!

It was so refreshing to see someone stand up for the little guys, because that is who so-called tort reform hurts.

The proposals are unlikely to help with medical costs or insurance costs, but will surely make it more difficult for people seriously injured by negligent doctors to get justice.
