FARMINGTON – The Mount Blue Area Garden Club is requesting that anyone who would like to donate memorial plants for the Gateway Memorial Garden at the intersections of routes 2, 4 & 27 may contact Elizabeth Cushman at 778-4476.
Red or white geraniums are being sought along with the name of a loved one or friend in whose memory you would like it listed.
Donors may purchase the plants themselves or donate money and the club will purchase it in their name.
The local greenhouses will have a supply of plants.
The plants may be left with Cushman during the week of May 19th at 144 Perham St.
The Garden Club would like to get them planted before Memorial Day on May 26.
