JAY – A second neighborhood watch group will get under way Tuesday.
Jay police officer Mike Pike is inviting residents of Jay Hill and surrounding neighborhoods to meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at the Community Building on Community Way.
The first neighborhood watch program was started last year at the Lavoie Street apartment complex. Pike also conducts that program, which was initially started by officer Mark Cayer, who is now a police officer in Rumford.
