PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Stephen Michael Arsenault died Saturday, May 10, at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
He was born Friday, May 9, to Jason M. and Stephanie Elkins Arsenault.
He is survived by two brothers, Valor and twin brother Noah Christian Arsenault; maternal grandparents, Gale and Drema Elkins of Pleasant City; paternal grandparents, Ron and Brenda Perreault of Auburn and Dennis Arsenault of Maine.
