LIVERMORE FALLS – Director Brenda Bryant announced that fees for the Summer Recreation program have increased this year.

For residents of Livermore Falls, which fully sponsors the program, the fee will be $30 for the first child and $10 for each child thereafter.

For Livermore residents the fee is $60 for the first child and $30 for each one thereafter, as the town provides no support for the program but it is part of the school district where activities are held.

Children from other towns will be charged $100 each.

This year Summer Recreation will run from June 23 through Aug. 1 and registration forms will be available June 2. Free breakfast and lunch are included in the daily program.

Students going into grades one-through-eight at Livermore Elementary and Livermore Falls Middle schools will be given forms to take home. Others may pick them up at the Livermore Falls town office. Again this year, registration will be limited and Livermore Falls youngsters will have the first opportunity to register, from June 2 to 13. Those from other towns may register from June 13 to 17 and will attend on an availability basis.

The town office, at 897-3321, will answer questions or concerns on the program.
