WILTON – The Planning Board will consider three new three applications at its 7 p.m. meeting Thursday, June 5, at the town office.

Urban West wants to place a new garage within 75 feet of an intermittent stream. The garage will be no closer than an old one that was removed.

Tracy Hollingdale wants to expand her business on Route 2 to include tanning, and Ron Morin has applied for a permit to operate a retail sales and service of ambulance/rescue vehicles.

In other business, planners will interview two potential alternates for the board and decide who the spokesman will be at the annual town meeting for proposed ordinance amendments.

The amendments relate to adult business establishments, restrictions of the location of commercial gravel pits and quarries, and the establishment of a subdivision ordinance.
