DIXFIELD – Dirigo High School instructor Beth Edwards and students will speak about the high school’s Freshmen Portfolio Program and a Washington, D.C., trip, Monday June 2 at the SAD 21 directors meeting. The meeting is at 6:30 p.m.

Instructor Louise Chapman and students will tell the board about the high school’s first Community Service Day.

Other agenda items include:

• Approving the SAD 21/Town of Dixfield Harlow Park cost-share agreement for use and maintenance of the town-owned park that has school athletic fields.

• Summer school report.

• Update on games during holidays by DHS Athletic Director Jeff Turnbull.

• Discussion of a calendar for fund-raising activities.

• Action on the nomination of Virginia Bradeen as Regional 9 board member.

• First readings of revisions to two school policies.

• Action on Turnbull’s recommendation of DHS fall coaches Gretchen Curtis for varsity field hockey; Kim Nixon for junior varsity field hockey; Robert Karcher for varsity boys’ soccer; Arthur Chamberlin for varsity girls’ soccer; David Buck for junior varsity girls’ soccer; Charles Maddaus for cross country; and Jim Wetherell for Buckfield/Dirigo varsity football.
