• A vehicle driven by Robert J. Presby, 32, of Sanford struck the back of a 1988 Buick driven by Autumn Richards, 23, of Livermore Falls, while Richards was stopped in traffic at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday on Route 4. Damage to the 1999 GMC, driven by Presby and owned by MWS Inc., of Kennebunk, was estimated at $3,000; to Richards’ 1988 Buick, $2,500.
