FRYEBURG – The Oxford County Sherrif’s Department’s TRIAD Senior Appreciation Day picnic will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 13, at the Fryeburg Fairgrounds. The picnic is free to all senior citizens. Included will be fresh popped popcorn, coffee, doughnuts, picnic lunch, music, informational booths, door prizes, a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle, fudge and food sale.

Turkey pie supper

NORWAY – A public turkey pie supper will be served at 6 p.m. Friday, June 13, at the Masonic Hall on Temple Street. Admission is $6 per person. Proceeds benefit the Oxford Hills High School Scholarship Fund. It is sponsored by the Order of the Eastern Star.

Swimming lessons

OXFORD – The town of Oxford will hold registration for Red Cross swimming lessons from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 14, at the town office. Registration fee is $10. Lessons will be held from Monday, June 23, through Friday, July 11.

Registration extended

OTISFIELD – The town of Otisfield has extended its registration time for swimming lessons to Friday, June 20, at the Town Office. This is a three-week Red Cross program for all ages. The lessons will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. weekdays beginning Monday, June 30, through Wednesday, July 2; and from July 7 through July 22. Registration is $5 per child.
