WOODSTOCK – The Woodstock Historical Society members watched the conclusion of “Reminisce Hitch,” a video about a team of Belgian horses crossing the United States.

Olive Risko presided at the business meeting. Ruth Cox gave a research report. Curator Larry Billings reported donations from Richard Fraser, Dexter Stowell, Dr. Steve Chase and himself. He also supplied bouquets of artificial flowers to decorate the hall.

Staffing the museum has been a problem. A few members volunteered some of their time to help Billings and his mother, Mary, keep the museum open.

The next meeting will be Saturday, July 12, and will feature a program on predicting the weather by Paula Smith. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting or visit the museum from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
