General Aptitude Test Battery from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, July 11. This test measures nine aptitudes or skill levels which are helpful in educational/job placement.
Career Decision Making from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 22. Discover career interest areas and how it converts into different occupations for which you are suited.
Essential of College Planning from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 24. Includes requesting admission material and financial aid from prospective colleges. Call 1-800-281-3703 to register for this session.
Job Club will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on July 1, 29 and Aug. 26 and from 1 to 4 p.m. July 15 and Aug. 12. This workshop provides a group format to support and assist the job seeker with strategies, leads, job preparation and possibilities. Participants may attend as many sessions as they wish.
Real Times-Real Life from 1 to 3 p.m. Mondays/Wednesdays for nine weeks starting July 9. This is for people who need assistance in making a transition to a new and meaningful career in today’s work force. This workshop will help participants learn skills to work through the changes.
Becoming a Great Presenter from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, July 14. This workshop will give participants the skills needed to give great presentations with confidence and competence.
