LIVERMORE FALLS – Police are investigating a burglary from a car on Fayette Road that had a senior citizen’s medication. It was second time the vehicle had been burglarized in two weeks, they said.

The first time, about a week ago, all the woman’s money was stolen, Livermore Falls police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said. The woman had just sold some animals and her wallet containing the money was stolen, he said.

The second burglary was reported Friday morning, he said, and must have occurred late Thursday or early Friday. This time, a passenger side window was broken to gain entry and the woman’s medication was reported missing.

A white van was reportedly seen leaving the area after an outside light was switched on, Steward said.
