CLEARWATER, Fla. – Matthew W. Clark Jr., 47, of Palm Harbor, Fla., passed away on July 10, of natural causes. He was a native of Rumford.

He is survived by his wife, Allison; three sons; two daughters; his parents; a brother; a sister; nieces and nephews; and his former wife.
