• A vehicle driven by Shawn M. Gagne, 43, of Sabattus, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Jennifer Decker, 29, of West Farmington, while Decker was slowing in traffic as 11:30 a.m. Monday on Minot Avenue. The impact forced Decker’s vehicle into the back of a third driven by Nancy Strong, 61, of Hebron, who was also slowing in traffic. Damage to Gagne’s 1999 Chevrolet was estimated at $2,000; to Decker’s 1999 Toyota, $2,500 and to Strong’s 1999 Toyota, $100.
