PORTLAND, Conn. – Charles Hodlin of 22 Riverside St., Portland, Conn., died peacefully on July 17, with his loving family at his side.

He is survived by his wife, Louise K Hodlin of Portland, Conn.; his daughter, Shirley House and husband, Walter of Oquossoc; two sons and four other daughters; 30 grandchildren, including Michael House and Russell House of Rangeley; 64 great-grandchildren, including Vincent, Charles and Victor House of Rangeley; and one great-great-grandson.
