WINTHROP – The Winthrop High School class of 1946 will meet for its 57-year class reunion on Saturday, July 26, at Flickers Restaurant in East Winthrop. A social time will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6.

Special guests will include Evelyn Rolfe of Monmouth, class adviser and commercial teacher, and Catherine Smith Beane of Augusta, fifth-grade teacher.

Women’s workshop

LEWISTON – The Lewiston Center for Women, Work and Community will offer a free workshop, “Moving Through Fear,” from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Aug. 6 to 27, at the Lewiston/Auburn College. BRIDGTON – Matthew R. Theriault, son of Mr. and Mrs. Denis L. Theriault of Lewiston, graduated from Bridgton Academy. Theriault will attend the University of Southern Maine.

Corey Decker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Decker of Turner, graduated from Bridgton Academy. Decker was a member of the Wolverine baseball team.
