I can understand that the elderly driver who had a severe accident was unfortunate. What I can’t understand is how many other drivers will be punished because of this accident.
The statistics are showing that many more teen drivers are, and have been, involved in accidents that have killed many of their passengers and themselves than older drivers.
Taking away the rights of older drivers to drive would create a national disaster because the elders are the voters and workers to help our future.
The young generation today are using drugs and alcohol together, and I would like to know if this is sensible to drive any vehicle.
People of all walks of life are elders who need to work. Will the Congress give us elders more money so that we don’t have to work? Will the congressmen be involved in such future rights? I don’t think so.
Let’s be fair about this issue and see that everyone is treated in a satisfactory manner. In closing, we say, “No driving, no voting.”
