AUBURN – “Who’s Running the School?”, a new one-act children’s musical from the team that wrote “Billionaire Vegans,” Linda and Colin Britt, will be presented at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, at Webster School.

Co-directed by Linda Britt and Ellen Peters, the show features 13 children, six new songs and a family-friendly plot.

Arriving at school one day to find everything apparently normal, then unable to find any of their teachers, the kids take matters into their own hands. Singing their way through a confusing situation (“Where are the Teachers?”, “It’s Our School Now,” “There’s No One in Charge,” “Kidnapped by Aliens,” “I Miss My Teacher” and “The Golden Rule,”) the kids decide that order must reign, and it leads to a happy ending.

Sponsored by Community Little Theatre, the show features Sydney Browne, Lindsay Carbonneau, Sarah Carbonneau, Maisy Cyr, Mallory Cyr, Samantha Dean, Laura Look, Ian Mulligan, Nathan Mulligan, Katie Read, Lenna Soifer, Max Soifer and Michael Weber.

The production team, in addition to Britt and Peters, includes Colin Britt as musical director, Jim Raymond as assistant musical director and Mariah Perry as choreographer.
