RUMFORD – A Rumford man armed with a knife was arrested Thursday on Falmouth Street after allegedly threatening another man, police said.
Jimmy Wayne Lewis Jr., 57, was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon by officer Michael Halacy. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
Also, the following people have been summoned:
• Timothy Jacques, 18, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Aug. 1.
• Douglas Grover, 40, of Greenwood, on a charge of assault, on July 24 by officer Michael Halacy.
