WILTON – Planners will discuss one new application and issues they want to work on for the upcoming fiscal year when they meet Thursday. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the town office.
Dennis Landry wants to put an addition on to an existing storage building located on Route 2.
Planners will continue their discussions of issues to work on over the next year.
They include deciding what should be taken out of the town’s zoning ordinance concerning subdivisions, the possibility of increasing Code Enforcement Officer Brenda Medcoff’s hours to allow her more time to deal with violations, the clean up of dangerous buildings and junk around town, changes to the land use table, a note to the zoning ordinance referring to the new use form planners have been using for existing businesses, and setback requirements for the village downtown zone when a building is near a stream.
