LEWISTON – Jeannette M. Bailey, 62, of 211 Randall Road, and formerly of Pleasant St., Lewiston died Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Central Maine Medical Center, surrounded by her family.
Born in Lewiston May 14, 1941, a daughter of Charles and Germaine LaPointe Collins. She was educated in Lewiston schools and attended Lewiston High School.
Mrs. Bailey was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish, and enjoyed doing crafts, canvas paintings and was loved by all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby G. Bailey Sr. of Lewiston, whom she married March 29, 1958; three daughters and their husbands, Lora and Richard Morin of Turner, Billie and Gary Chartier and Susan and Juan Barajas all of Lewiston; two sons, Mike Bailey of Lewiston and Bobby G. Bailey Jr. of So. Monmouth; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Collins and wife Clarissa Collins of Auburn, Charles Collins and wife Rita Collins of Poland.
She was predeceased by a sister, Sally Gervais; and two brothers, Maurice (Sunny) and Tom Collins.
