Beal will provide some basic instruction and pointers that should inspire. Anyone interested in attending should bring his or her own sketchbook and pencils or other favorite sketching tools.

The group will be starting in the sheltered classroom and then move onto different locations at the museum or on the trails. The program will run to 4 p.m. Dress for outdoor conditions, including sturdy shoes, bug spray, sunscreen and water.

The Natural Science Program offers workshops each Sunday in July and August at no charge. The Sunday workshops are funded by the Wing-Benjamin Trust, the Sugarloaf Area Charitable Trust and individual donors. All are welcome.
