FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Joseph M. O’Connor, 41, of Kingfield was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 9 in Kingfield. All but 45 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and his license was suspended for four years.

Off Road Trucking Inc. of Franklin was charged with with no proof of periodic inspection March 22 in Farmington. The company was fined $100.

Victor Oliver, 19, of Jay was charged with two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle May 28 in Jay. Both charges were dismissed. For a third charge of burglary of a motor vehicle May 28 in Jay, a one-year sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. For a fourth charge of burglary of a motor vehicle May 28 in Jay, a one-year sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Brian J. Orr, 19, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing May 6 in New Sharon. The case was filed.

Scott R. Orr, 22, of Farmington was charged with driving after suspension May 21 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Sandra P. Osborne, 47, of Farmington was charged with assault and with obstructing the reporting of a crime May 25 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Scott W. Osborne, 32, of Industry was charged with driving after suspension March 21 in Jay. He was fined $200. For a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates March 21 in Jay, he was fined $100.

Scott W. Osborne, 32, of Industry was charged with failing to extinguish fire April 19 in Industry. He was fined $100.

Scott W. Osborne, 32, of Industry was charged with driving under the influence May 17 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving after suspension May 17 in Farmington was dismissed.

Steven N. Osborne, 25, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing May 25 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Tamara Osborne, 31, of Industry was charged with failure to register vehicle April 25 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Michael E. Parker, 49, of Strong was charged with terrorizing May 27 in Strong. A 120-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Daniel Paulton, 22, of Wilton was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime April 22 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Brian Otis Pearson, 51, of Dorset, Vt., was charged with driving a vehicle without a license March 10 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Shawn K. Pease, 36, of Rollinsford, N.H., was charged with kindling a fire without a permit April 26 in Freeman Twp. He was fined $100.

Stuart Pendleton, 20, of Farmington was charged with criminal trespass April 22 in Industry. He was fined $500 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Erica L. Perry, 24, of Farmington was charged with permitting unlawful use of vehicle April 27 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Joseph D. Perry, 23, of Jay was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit May 7 in Washington Township. He was fined $68.

Nathaniel B. Perry, 32, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 15 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Shawn M. Perry, 32, of Peabody, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence March 15 in Rangeley. He was fined $400 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Henry H. Phillips, 53, of Rangeley was charged with unlawful sexual contact Aug. 15 in Rangeley. Probable cause was found.

Cea J. Pitcher, 19, of New Vineyard was charged with displaying fictitious vehicle certificate April 30 in Chesterville. Pitcher was fined $75.

George H. Poland, 33, of Rangeley was charged with driving after suspension March 15 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Kevin C. Pooler, 40, of China was charged with violation of rules on worms in fly fishing area only May 23 in Chain of Ponds Twp. He was fined $100.

Adam B. Poulin, 19, of Jay was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit April 3 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Joseph Poulin, 43, of Skowhegan was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 25 in Farmington. The charge was dismissed. For a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 24 in Farmington, all but six months of a five-year sentence was suspended, he was placed on probation for four years and was ordered to make restitution of $10,947.04.

Joseph Poulin, 43, of Skowhegan was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Nov. 13 in Hallowell. He was sentenced for 60 days.

William Reed, 20, of Presque Isle was charged with criminal trespass May 3 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 48 hours.

Jessica L. Regan, 24, of Salem, Mass., was charged with driving after license suspension May 3 in Jay. She was fined $200. A charge of violating condition of release May 3 in Jay was dismissed.

William C. Remington, 35, of Kents Hill was charged with assault April 12 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Sonia F. Richard, 43, of Wayne was charged with driving after suspension April 27 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

David N. Richards, 44, of Phillips was charged with assault July 6 in Phillips. The charge was dismissed. For a charge of terrorizing July 6 in Phillips, he was sentenced for six months.

Dennis Michael Richards, 37, of Rangeley was charged with disorderly conduct March 19 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Linda L. Rickett, 41, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence May 8 in Farmington. She was fined $600, sentenced for seven days and her license was suspended for 18 months. A charge of refusing to sign a criminal summons May 9 in Farmington was dismissed.

Adamn J. Robin, 22, of Rumford was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit April 13 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Jeffrey L. Searles, 20, of Dryden was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident April 3 in Chesterville. A $200 fine was suspended by $50.

Francis M. Severance III, 37, of Strong was charged with assault Nov. 26 in Strong. A 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Ian Sharkey, 20, of Starks was charged with illegal transportation of drugs by a minor March 17 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 17 in Farmington, he was fined $300.

Alex M. Sillanpaa, 20, of New Vineyard was charged with assault March 30 in New Vineyard. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

For a second charge of negotiating a worthless instrument Jan. 17 in Farmington, a 90-day sentence was suspended, she was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $675.41.

John C. Trask, 32, of East Livermore was charged with assault April 6 in Wilton. He was found innocent. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime April 6 in Wilton, a $500 fine was suspended by $300 and he was ordered to make restitution of $50. For a charge of criminal trespass April 6 in Wilton, he was fined $150.

Michelle A. Turcotte, 20, of Farmington was charged with keeping a dangerous dog April 25 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large April 25 in Farmington, she was fined $35 and ordered to make restitution of $40.

James D. Tuthill Sr., 41, of Auburn was charged with kindling a fire without permission July 5 in Township 6 North of Weld. He was fined $100.

Heather D. Tweed, 31, of Dallas was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Dec. 22 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jason T. Williamson, 18, of Pembroke, Mass., was charged with driving a vehicle without a license April 24 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Deborah R. Wilson, 42, of Lakeville, Mass., was charged with driving without a license March 13 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Robert C. Wing, 42, of Farmington was charged with giving false public alarm or report Feb. 19 in New Vineyard. He was fined $400.

Harley D. Witherell, 20, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Feb. 28 in Chesterville. He was fined $200.

Steven R. Wood, 22, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence March 8 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Elizabeth A. Woodbury, 34, of Greenfield was charged with driving after suspension April 21 in Kingfield. She was fined $200.

Gary A. Wright, 25, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence April 13 in Jay. He was fined $600 and all but seven days of a 60-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Hami Yazadanpanah, 21, of Portland was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 14 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Jeremy R. Young, 20, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without a license April 9 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

John David Young, 35, of Woodland, N.C., was charged with rule violation, duty status not current June 9 in Wilton. He was fined $250.
