Did anyone see Kobe Bryant drag the young woman in question to his room kicking and screaming? When a woman voluntarily goes to a man’s room, there is an implicit understanding that “something” may happen and at the very least, she puts herself in possible harm’s way.

Well, “something” did happen. It certainly was more than he bargained for and may have been what she bargained for or maybe it was more than she bargained for. I don’t know. Only they do.

I don’t condone assault, but there is assault and then there is assault. Used to be that going to a man’s room compromised a lady’s reputation. Now it’s financially rewarding and to heck with the reputation. And the publicity doesn’t hurt. Might make some bucks there too. Go for it! Pretty sad, huh?
