SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Rita S. Freve Holdren, 55, of Springfield, Mo., died unexpectedly on Aug. 13, at her home.

Born in Lewiston, Feb. 24, 1948, she enjoyed family and friends. She worked hard all her life.

Survivors include her husband, Rick Holdren of Springfield, Mo.; son, Neal Harmon of Kansas City, Mo.; brothers, Ronald Freve of Auburn, Gerard and Richard Freve, both of Buckfield and Terry Freve of Lewiston; sister, Carol Reed of Winthrop; aunt, Cecile Grover of Auburn; uncle, George Reynolds of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Gerard and Lois Freve.
