MANCHESTER, N.H. – Market Street Settlement Group, Inc., an independent title and settlement company, has announced the opening of its new southern Maine headquarters at One Gray Center, Suite 2, Gray. The company maintains eight other offices covering its primary markets in New Hampshire and southern Maine.

Michael K. Massey, president and chief executive officer, said the new office reflects the company’s increased role in the southern Maine real estate title and settlement services market. “A location in Gray puts us at the crossroads of Maine’s major transportation routes so we may offer our customers maximum convenience and value. We are delighted to be joining the Gray business community.”

Joanne P. Morency of Gray will manage the office and supervise all client relationships and customer transactions. She previously operated a business development and public relations consulting firm that served Maine-based businesses. She also was director of community and public relations for the Maine operations of Fleet Bank, where her efforts were recognized with the DIRIGO Award from the Finance Authority of Maine.
