MADRID TOWNSHIP – A Reeds Mills Road man was charged Tuesday with domestic terrorizing.
Robert Ferro, 30, was arrested after State Trooper Scott Dalton and Franklin County Deputy Aaron Turcotte responded to a report of a woman running from a residence and yelling for help, said Trooper Aaron Hayden.
Turcotte transported Ferro to the county jail where he was awaiting bail to be set Tuesday afternoon.
