1931 – 2003

BUCKFIELD – Marie J. Kenney, 72, of 221 Hebron Road, died Monday Aug. 11, at her home.

She was born in Lewiston May 16, 1931, a daughter of Nazaire and Helena (Bourgoin) Beaulieu. She was a CNA at Marcotte Nursing Home/d’Youville Pavilion for 20 years. She was a wonderful single mother of two who raised her children on her own. Her favorite hobby was quilting and she was a member of Horizon 55.

Survivors include her son, Mark Kenney and wife Linda of South Portland; daughter, Joyce Brimigion of Buckfield; grandchildren, Jennifer, Dane, James, Lisa, Melanie and Raymond; great-grandchildren, Cameron and Gwennyeth; brothers, Jules and Benoit Beaulieu; sisters, Blanche Poulin and Bertha Dionne.

She was predeceased by her parents; and sister, Germaine Adamski.
